مدة تجهيز الطلب
يتم تجهيز الطلب خلال 1 إلى 3 أيام عمل من تاريخ تأكيد الدفع.
وفي حال وجود ضغط طلبات أو ظروف استثنائية، قد تمتد المدة قليلًا مع إشعار العميل بذلك.
مدة الشحن والتوصيل
تكاليف الشحن
تُحتسب رسوم الشحن عند إتمام الطلب وتظهر بوضوح قبل الدفع، كما يمكن أن تختلف الرسوم حسب وزن الطلب أو المدينة.
تتبع الطلب
بعد شحن الطلب، يُرسل للعميل رقم تتبع عبر الرسائل أو البريد الإلكتروني، يمكن من خلاله متابعة حالة الشحنة حتى وصولها.
تأخير أو فشل التسليم
في حال تعذر استلام الطلب أو تأخره لأسباب تتعلق بالعميل (مثل إدخال عنوان خاطئ أو عدم الرد على شركة الشحن)، يتحمل العميل تكاليف الشحن الإضافية الناتجة عن ذلك.

Orders are prepared within 1 to 3 business days from the date of payment confirmation.

Shipping and Delivery Time
• Within Saudi Arabia: 2 to 5 business days, depending on the city and the shipping company.
• Gulf Countries: 5 to 10 business days.
