سياسة الاستخدام والخصوصية

في متجر العزام ستور نلتزم في بحماية خصوصيتك وضمان تجربة تسوق آمنة وموثوقة، وباستخدامك لموقعنا، فإنك توافق على الالتزام بهذه السياسة، وعلى جمع واستخدام بياناتك وفق البنود الموضحة أدناه.

• نظام حماية البيانات الشخصية الصادر عن الهيئة السعودية للبيانات والذكاء الاصطناعي (سدايا)، كما نلتزم بمعايير الأمان والخصوصية المعتمدة عالميًا.

ثانيًا: استخدام الموقع

• يجب استخدام الموقع بطريقة قانونية لا تخلّ بالأنظمة السعودية أو تسبب أي ضرر للغير أو للموقع.
• يُمنع استخدام الموقع لأي غرض غير مشروع أو احتيالي أو ضار بالسمعة أو الحقوق الفكرية للغير.
• جميع النصوص، الصور، التصاميم، والمنتجات المعروضة على الموقع مملوكة لـ العزام ستور، ويُمنع نسخها أو استخدامها دون إذن كتابي مسبق.
• في حال إنشاء حساب، يكون العميل مسؤولًا عن سرية بيانات الدخول وعن جميع الطلبات أو الأنشطة التي تتم من خلال الحساب.

ثالثًا: جمع المعلومات

نقوم بجمع البيانات التالية بهدف تنفيذ الطلبات وتقديم خدمة أفضل:

• الاسم الكامل
• رقم الجوال
• البريد الإلكتروني
• عنوان الشحن والفواتير
• كما يتم جمع بعض المعلومات التقنية تلقائيًا مثل عنوان الـIP، نوع الجهاز، المتصفح، وملفات تعريف الارتباط (Cookies) لأغراض تحليل الأداء وتحسين تجربة المستخدم.

رابعًا: استخدام المعلومات

تُستخدم البيانات التي يتم جمعها للأغراض التالية:

1. تنفيذ ومعالجة الطلبات والدفع والشحن.

خامسًا: حماية المعلومات

سادسًا: مشاركة المعلومات

• لا يقوم العزام ستور ببيع أو مشاركة بيانات العملاء مع أي طرف ثالث لأغراض تجارية.

سابعًا: الاحتفاظ بالبيانات

يحتفظ العزام ستور ببيانات العملاء فقط للمدة اللازمة لتقديم الخدمة وتنفيذ الطلبات، أو حسب ما تتطلبه الأنظمة السعودية، وبعد انتهاء الغرض، يتم حذف أو إخفاء هوية البيانات بشكل آمن.

ثامنًا: حقوق العميل

يحق للعميل في أي وقت:
