·        في حال إنشاء حساب، يكون العميل مسؤولًا عن سرية بيانات الدخول وعن جميع الطلبات التي تتم من خلال الحساب.

المنتجات والاستخدام

·        جميع منتجات العزام ستور مخصصة للاستخدام الشخصي فقط.

·        لا يتحمل المتجر أي مسؤولية عن الأضرار الناتجة عن الاستخدام المفرط أو غير الصحيح أو مشاركة الأدوات مع الغير.

·        يتم فحص جميع المنتجات قبل الشحن للتأكد من جودتها وسلامتها.

الأسعار والدفع

·        جميع الأسعار تشمل ضريبة القيمة المضافة.

·        الأسعار والعروض قابلة للتغيير دون إشعار مسبق، مع بقاء السعر المعتمد وقت تأكيد الطلب ساريًا.

·        يوفر المتجر طرق دفع إلكترونية آمنة تشمل  ( مدى، Apple Pay، STC Pay، تمارا، تابي ) وغيرها.

·        تتم معالجة المدفوعات عبر بوابات دفع معتمدة ومرخّصة لضمان سرية بيانات العملاء.

الشحن والتسليم

·        يتم تجهيز الطلبات خلال المدة الموضحة في صفحة الشحن الخاصة بالموقع.

·        قد يختلف وقت التسليم بحسب المدينة وشركة الشحن.

·        في حال حدوث تأخير لأسباب خارجة عن إرادتنا مثل ظروف الطقس أو مشاكل النقل، سيتم إشعار العميل فورًا.

·        بعد الشحن، يتم تزويد العميل برقم تتبع لمتابعة الشحنة حتى وصولها.

الاستبدال والاسترجاع

تُطبّق سياسة الاستبدال والاسترجاع الموضحة في الصفحة المخصصة لذلك داخل الموقع، ويحرص العزام ستور على أن تكون العملية واضحة وسهلة بما يضمن رضا العميل.

القوة القاهرة

لا يتحمل العزام ستور أي مسؤولية عن التأخير أو الفشل في تنفيذ الطلبات الناتج عن ظروف طارئة أو قاهرة خارجة عن الإرادة، مثل الكوارث الطبيعية أو تعطل أنظمة الدفع أو النقل.
